A.J. Rose’s History

A.J. Rose Manufacturing was founded in 1922 by Czech immigrant, Anton J. Rose.

Beginning as a small tool shop on the west side of Cleveland, Mr. Rose pledged that ingenuity would remain the cornerstone of the company’s success.

Despite the challenges facing our country during the early years, A.J. Rose was able to plant our feet in the stamping industry and forge ahead.

The first products developed by the Company were small fasteners, bomb fuses, brackets and wire brush stampings. We built great relationships by focusing on innovation, value and new technology.

A.J. Rose was positioned to grow as the city of Cleveland became a major hub within the steel industry.

The small tool shop soon took over an entire block on Cleveland’s west side. With each new piece of equipment, we cautiously expanded with the market.

Surviving many economic challenges over the years, A.J. Rose grew our global footprint.

In 1995, we built our Corporate Headquarters in Avon, OH. Next, we developed another location in Nashik, India to strengthen our global business and increase our reach overseas.

Today, A.J. Rose continues to build on the tradition of excellence, supplying world-class stamped products and assemblies to virtually all industries.
