Also known as ‘value-add’ operations, secondary operations are necessary to achieve technical requirements the stamping process is not capable of. These operations will commonly refine a dimension or add a feature to make a finished piece that meets all specifications.
A.J. Rose has grown our list of secondary operations over the years and it continues to increase. By having these services on-site, we have mastered their technology and adapted it to support our processes. Many of these work centers are built from raw materials by our engineers. We often design them to fit directly at the end of our press lines, keeping our process very efficient.
If we do not currently offer a secondary service you are interested in, we will always consider installing necessary equipment to meet customer needs. A.J. Rose often brings secondary operations in-house as the demand for the service increases.
