Our Terms and Conditions apply to A.J. Rose purchase orders. Purchase orders are limited to and conditional upon supplier’s acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Any additional or different terms proposed by the supplier are unacceptable and expressly rejected. The Terms and Conditions for current and potential suppliers are available here.
All business relationships between A.J. Rose and our supply base will be dependent on the requirements outlined in our Supplier Quality Assurance Manual. All current and potential suppliers must give written agreement to our Manual below.
A.J. Rose makes reasonable efforts to prevent the use of conflict minerals, from the conflict regions, in any of its products. All production suppliers are also required to demonstrate that they are conflict mineral free, or disclose their use of conflict minerals and their regions. See our state policy below.
