A.J Rose is familiar with the characteristics of all the material listed above. Each material has different properties that contribute to the way it forms and reacts. We understand these properties and many customers trust us to decide which material will be best for their project.


A.J Rose often uses our stamping and engineering knowledge to re-engineer a powdered metal, cast or machined part into a sheet-metal stamping. In most applications, a part stamped from sheet metal is going to be more cost-effective and lighter in weight. We run the testing and analysis to be sure it performs the same way as the originally designed component.

We are responsible for converting many parts into a stamped alternative and there are a handful that stand out above the rest. Below are examples of conversion projects, each resulting in a weight and cost savings to our customer.
